Our products can be shipped Worldwide and we will use different logistics providers depending on your location. Shipping rates are displayed in checkout, before you place your order.
Customs, Tariffs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees
• International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.
• These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us.
• These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.
• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
If you would like to ship products outside of our shipping locations, please use a freight forwarding service.

In the rare instance that your product has been lost or damaged in transit, please report this to the shipping company immediately, then report the issue to us. It is important that you do not sign for the delivery if the box is damaged or lost.

EXCHANGING A PRODUCT
If you would like to exchange a product to a different size, colour or product, it is possible to do so, so long as the original product is unused, in a sale-able condition and the replacement product is in stock. Any additional shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us.
When returning a product, please include the original packaging. Take care to pack the product correctly to avoid damage during transit. We recommend returning the product using a tracked delivery service. Upon receiving the product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payments as the original order.
- We do not accept returns of assembled, custom complete products.
- Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately.
- In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
- Smart Living will refuse items returned in unsalable condition OR reduce the refund amount by 50%.
- To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
- Shoe boxes, boot boxes, binding boxes, and another product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
- Footwear products must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
- If you plan to return your footwear, do not wear them after trying them on.
