Material information:

• MDF (Medium-density fibreboard): MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a wood derivative. It is produced by using resins (glues) to bond wood fibres, which are compressed using special heated presses. It is denser than chipboard and more durable. It also does not absorb any moisture.
• Metal: Metal is widely used in furniture construction, offering a number of advantages over other materials. It is extremely resistant to wear and tear, ideal for furniture intended for daily use in a demanding environment. It maintains its shape and structure perfectly, ensuring stability and longevity of the furniture. In addition to the properties mentioned above, metal can also have other characteristics, such as antimicrobial action (copper) or superconductivity (molybdenum)

Maintenance instructions:

• MDF: To clean, use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For stains, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Finally, wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. MDF is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from moisture. Wipe up any liquids immediately. Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals, as they may damage the MDF.

• Metal: If it is any indoor metal, dusting or wiping it with a damp cloth at regular intervals is the appropriate option.  However, if it is outdoor metal furniture, you should follow these steps:  For longer protection, treat your metal furniture with a protective cream that you can easily obtain from commercial stores.

1. If your furniture is treated and painted using the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), then it is very durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
2. If your metal furniture is not electrostatically painted, then you should take extra care of it and keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers and, if possible, bring it indoors during the winter.
3. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine and then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
