GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SMART CLUB CARD
- Every individual and legal entity is entitled to use the Smart Club Card.
- To obtain a Smart Club Card, registration is required via our website by filling out a form with the following information: full name, phone number, email address, and consent for processing personal data by checking the provided field.
- Registration is considered complete after creating a profile and confirming it via the virtual “Register” button. To access the card’s benefits, the client must verify their email. The client will receive a verification email with a link.
- Clients who have already been part of our loyalty program do not need to register again..
- If a client fills out the Smart Club Card form without prior website registration, the system will automatically create a profile. During this process, they will receive an email with a verification link. By clicking the link and confirming the email, the user becomes an active Smart Club member and can use all benefits.
- The Smart Club Card provides access to special discounts on selected products. The discount is visible on the website in the product description, marked as “Smart Club Price”.
- Membership in the program can also be obtained in our showrooms or through our contact center.
- Once a client becomes a member of our Smart Club program, they can use the benefits regardless of whether they shop online or in-store..
- Unregistered clients, and those who have not verified their email, can still make purchases from the website without restrictions, but without accessing program benefits.
- Discounts from the Smart Club Card cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- If there are changes to personal or contact information, the client is required to update it in their profile. If not updated, all notifications will be considered validly delivered.
- The client may deactivate their Smart Club Card at any time via their profile, after which he will no longer be able to use the program’s benefits.
- Smart Living reserves the right to amend these Terms, to suspend the card in case of abuse, or to amend the procedure for issuing and using the card.
- The Smart Club program may be terminated at any time due to abuse, violation of the terms or technical reasons, with prior notice to the clients. All orders placed by the time of notification will be processed.
