FORCE MAJEURE
Events outside of Smartliving’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decision that affects the market and product negatively. In such instances, Smart Living will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Smart Living reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Smart Living has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

PAYMENT
All products remain the property of Smart Living until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase product from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be given.
All payments made on smartliving.mk are handled by third party dedicated gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payment information is handled over SSL encryption. For more information, please read the Terms & Conditions of our provider.
LOCAL TAXES
When purchasing our products, local charges (i.e. sales tax, customs duty) may apply, depending on your region. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
