Staff uninformed about their own products and not willing to accompany us and support our buying process.
Horrible shopping experience and even more horrible and rude staff. Had pre-ordered a piece of furniture, paid in full. Was promised delivery in less than 10 days. It never came, staff was very rude and uninterested about it. At least they returned the money almost a month later.
A terrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone, i.e. a typical Macedonian company that bases its business model on lies and fraud. They demand full advance payment for products, they promise certain deadlines, but apart from not fulfilling that, they persistently continue to lie with "it will be tomorrow", "it will be by Friday".
This store changed how furniture is being sold in Macedonia. Amazing design pieces, full service. Strongly recommended!
Very dissaponting experience sadly.Selling luxury furniture without having their own delivery service, hence the sofa was delivered with scratches on it.
Interesting, unique items and furniture for interior decorating. Pretty expensive for the quality of the products.
Products are ok, but delivery is after 4-5 months with advance payment !?Personal is helpful but space is not appropriate for furniture showroom.
The best furniter shop in town. Very unique and good quality pieces of furniture. They have many brands so you will find something for your taste. Smartliving are light specialists and they have a big selection of light fixtures. They can provide a 3D sketch of your project with desired products sou yiu can see how it will look. Amazing staff, vwry friendly. The delieverd the furniture as promissed. The owners are architects and have a taste of what they are doing.
